Custom Texture Add-ons for Crazy 98 (Crazy98.pod)

These textures are intended to supplement the stock textures from
Crazy 98 (crazy98.pod).  The original track has no 45 degree straights,
45 degree turns, or road intersections.  These textures provide them.

I assume you have the Art and models already extracted from crazy98.pod or
you are using Sir James zzCrazy98.txx template file.
Please understand that these Add-on textures DO NOT have any of the properties
such as grip depth preset for them, you will have to do that separately.

To use these textures, simply unzip them into the your Traxx Art folder.
The following descriptions show the layout for positioning the texture files
in accordance with the Traxx convention developed by Guitar Bill, where the
first digit is the column, and the second digit is the row, starting at 00.

There are also corresponding Pattern Files in the 'Crazy98 Add Ons.txp' file.
The .txp file must be put into your Traxx directory, NOT the Art directory.
When you open the Traxx Patterns Box, click on the Open Folder Icon in the 
tool bar, and select Crazy98 Add Ons.txp, to access them.  I added some extra
rows of stock textures to the 45 degree turn patterns to make them square
so it would be easier to mirror and rotate them to get them to fit together.
Remember to use 'mirror AREA' and 'rotate AREA' when working with patterns.

There are two types of road textures in Crazy 98, I will just refer 
to them as 'asphalt road' and 'dirt road'.  The dirt road has a dark green
border on it, some of the tiles have just small specs of that border in the
corner that is hard to see in Traxx, but don't leave them out because its 
very noticeable in the game

This turn is a little awkward, some of the base stock texture is used 
to complete the pattern, so I assume you have that texture already. 
In this case when I refer to 'base' I mean CR4GRS00 which is not 
included here, it will be in your art folder when you extract the Art
and Models from The Heights (Crazy98.pod), or if you are using Sir James
zzCrazy98.txx template file.

Dirt Road Intersection
There is a fifth texture to be used with this intersection, C2DINGR.  It
is has the edges for the straight road sections you lay coming into the
intersection, it is to be put in each of the corners and rotated to match
the road.  I've included it in the template for the intersection along
with some straight road textures.
